By creating an account, browsing, posting, listing, messaging, buying, selling, or otherwise using Garage Farmers, you agree to these terms and the Rules and Privacy Policy.

If you use Garage Farmers for a farm, business, organization, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms on that entity’s behalf.

You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping sign-in access secure. Provide accurate account information and update it when it changes.

We may refuse, limit, suspend, or terminate access when needed to protect users, the platform, or legal and operational integrity.

Garage Farmers provides tools for discovery, listings, communication, farm profiles, inventory, community activity, and transaction records. Users decide whether and how to complete a transaction.

Garage Farmers does not process buyer payments, hold funds in escrow, remit seller proceeds, arrange shipment, guarantee delivery, inspect livestock, guarantee listing accuracy, or become a party to user-to-user transactions.

You are responsible for your content, listings, communications, livestock care, legal compliance, taxes, licenses, permits, payment choices, shipping choices, pickup arrangements, and transaction outcomes.

You may not misuse the platform, interfere with service operation, scrape protected data, bypass limits, upload malicious content, or use Garage Farmers to facilitate unlawful activity.

You keep ownership of content you submit, but you grant Garage Farmers a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to host, store, copy, resize, crop, format, display, distribute, moderate, and use that content as needed to operate, improve, protect, and provide the service.

This permission includes using uploaded photos and other media in Garage Farmers features such as inventory records, listings, farm profiles, tank pages, community posts, search, browse, livestock catalog examples, discovery surfaces, product education, and related platform promotion. You represent that you own or have the rights needed for any content you upload.

We may remove or restrict content that violates these terms, the Rules, product quality standards, safety expectations, or applicable law.

Paid memberships and feature limits may change over time. Current plan details, pricing, billing cadence, renewal behavior, and cancellation options are presented in the membership and billing flows.

Unless stated otherwise in the purchase flow or required by law, fees are not refundable for completed billing periods.

Garage Farmers is provided as-is and as available. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation, successful sales, specific buyer interest, livestock survival, carrier performance, or business results.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Garage Farmers is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by user conduct, user transactions, third-party services, carrier issues, or payment disputes.

We may update these terms as the product, legal requirements, or operational needs change. The updated date on this page tells you when the current version was posted.

Continuing to use Garage Farmers after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
