Live arrival guarantee via clear photo within 2 hours of delivery. If DOA occurs and the shipment arrived on time, I will replace the DOA corals for free! If a shipping delay occurs and results in coral DOA, I will work with the customer to replace corals at the lowest possible price. In summary, I will do everything within my means to ensure that every customer receives the happy/healthy coral that they purchased.
