Tank reef room is almost done.

I’m fighting humidity in the room. Have to run a dehumidifier & window AC unit to keep it in reasonable range. Any else with the same issue?

@scott_tang, I don't check humidity but in about a 10x10 give or take room that stays closed most of the day. 230g,90g, and 75g system. I am about to tie in another 60g to that 90g. I have an AC running 24/7 at 73 degrees.

My overall house stays like 50% in the hotter times I run a dehumidifier in main room of house by returns for central air just to keep it at 50 maybe 40 if I am lucky.

@xXBlaznReeferXx, I’m struggling to keep it near 50%. Austin has high humidity right now due to heavy rainfall this year.

My AC is set at 73-74 degrees. The AC in the reef room keeps the room at 72-73. It’s freaking cold in there!

I didn’t think the humidity is that high either. Didn’t pay attention to it!

@scott_tang, yea i was at 55% for the whole house today as I forgot dump dehumidifier. I really need to try and get a basement dehumidifier and run in main room to drop house average

@xXBlaznReeferXx, 55% isn’t bad actually. You must live in a city with low humidity. Damn Austin is freaking hot right now.

A dedicated reef room makes setting up equipment & keep them well maintained is 1000% easier than before.
